We continue to accept orders on discountcyclesdirect.co.uk for home, work delivery or as a Click and Collect order from one of our stores.

Bike Delivery

Due to an increased number of orders we've extended our standard delivery time for bikes from 2-3 working days to 5-7 working days. Our bike dispatch team is working hard to have the bikes dispatched and we aim to have all orders dispatched as quickly and as safely as possible. Some deliveries may be delayed as we and our courier partners work through an increased number of orders.

Accessories, Clothing and Parts Delivery

Our standard delivery time for parts and accessories has been extended from 1-3 working days to 4-6 working days. Some deliveries may be delayed as we and our courier partners work through an increased number of orders.

Customer Services

Due to current circumstances, our customer support team are working through an increased number of phone calls and emails. Before making contact, please read the section below.

Q. Why has my email or telephone call not been answered?

A. With many colleagues working remotely and an increased number of calls and emails, it's taking longer than usual for us to reply. Given the government's guidance on key workers we're prioritising requests where possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. I've ordered a bike why have I not received it?

A. Most bikes are being delivered in 5-7 working days from a successful order placed. Please make every effort to avoid contacting us to chase your order until those 5-7 days have passed.

Q. How will I know that my bike has been dispatched?

A. When the bike has been dispatched and it's on its way to you, we'll send you an order confirmation email in which you'll find details of how to track your order.

Q. I've ordered a bike and some accessories. My accessories have arrived, but my bike has not.

A. We may ship bikes and accessories separately and in this case they will arrive at different times. Please be aware that some accessories may also arrive separately.
